Are your items factory sealed?
Unless items are opened during a live break or explicitly stated otherwise, all boxes are guaranteed to be factory sealed. All of our items are purchased direct from the manufacturer or from trusted sources on the secondary market.

I am unsatisfied with my purchase. Can I return it for a refund?
We will not accept returns on opened boxes or packs of cards. If you have not opened your item and wish to send it back, please consult our Return Policy page to see if you qualify for a return. All live break purchases are final sale.

Why did a product recently jump in price?
Price fluctuations vary greatly depending on sports events, player performance, etc. At all times, Chicken & W's reserves the right to increase or decrease the price of our items to stay in line with the market.

What is a live break?
A live break allows a group of buyers to join together in the purchase of a large volume of sports cards (usually a case or multiple boxes) and split the cost by purchasing a share of the teams/spots.

I bought into a live break, now what?
Live break streams usually take place in the evenings once the whole break sells out. Sometimes there are multiple live breaks in a single evening. Live breaks take place on the Chicken & W's Youtube page

What happens if I miss the live break?
All cards designated to you will automatically be shipped to you after live break takes place. If you'd still like to watch the live break, all streams are readily available for playback on our Chicken & W's Youtube page
