Return Policy

Your order may be canceled without notice if it has not passed our verification process, if payment is not received in full, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. In rare circumstances, if your payment is recalled by the associated bank or payment provider, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders you have placed, even if we have already sent an Order Confirmation

All live card break orders are final sale!

We have a NO REFUND policy in place for all live card break purchases once the break takes place. All products indicated as FINAL SALE are ineligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.

  • RETURNS

    Items eligible for return must be in new condition and returned to the seller within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds will be processed once the item has been returned. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • EXCHANGES

    Items eligible for an exchange must be in new condition and requested within 14 days of your purchase (exchanges can only be done if the item purchased is still in stock). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • REFUNDS

    Refunds will be processed once the eligible item has been returned. All refunds are issued in the same form of payment used for the purchase. Refund processing times vary based on your card provider.

  • DAMAGED ITEMS

    Customers must provide proof of the damaged or defective item in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Excludes any damage caused by excessive wear and tear.

  • ORDER CANCELLATIONS

    Customers have up to 24 hours within purchase to cancel an order unless the item(s) have already been shipped.
